Strava Support
Sign in to Run365 and open the Connected Services page.
Select the option to connect Strava. You will be redirected securely to Strava, where you can review and approve the requested permissions.
After approval, Strava will return you to Run365 and your account will be connected.
Sign in to Run365 and open the Connected Services page. Select the option to disconnect Strava.
You can also revoke Run365 access directly from your Strava account:
- Sign in to Strava.
- Open your profile settings.
- Select My Apps.
- Find Run365 and revoke access.
Most Strava activities should appear automatically after Strava sends the activity to Run365.
If an activity does not appear:
- Confirm that your Strava account is still connected.
- Confirm that the activity is visible in your Strava account.
- Use the manual sync option on the Connected Services page.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your Run365 activities.
- Disconnect and reconnect Strava if your authorization has expired.
Run365 currently imports supported running and walking activity types. Unsupported activity types may be ignored.
Run365 checks the Strava activity identifier before importing an activity. Activities already imported should be recognised and skipped.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Run365 account and personal data at any time.
Send your request from the email address associated with your Run365 account to:
Use the subject: Run365 Account Deletion Request.
After verifying the request, we will remove the account and associated personal data from Run365, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
Disconnecting Strava stops future access to your Strava account. Account deletion is a separate request and removes your Run365 account and stored data.
